And do not tankiḥūthe females who set up partners until they believe. For a believing servant is better than one who sets up partners even if she attracts you. And do not tunkiḥū the males who set up partners until they believe. For a believing servant is better than one who sets up partners even if he attracts you. Those invite to the Fire, while God is inviting to Paradise and forgiveness by His leave. He clarifies His revelations for the people that they may remember.
So if he ṭallaqahā her again, then she will not be lawful for him until she has tankiḥazawjanghayrahu. If he ṭallaqahā her, then there is no sin that they come back together if they think they will uphold God's limits. These are God's limits, He clarifies them for a people that know.
And if you ṭallaqtumu the l-nisāa, and they have reached their required interim period, then do not taʿḍulūhunna them anyankiḥ'na their azwājahunna if they amicably agree amongst themselves out of what is best. This is to remind any of you who believe in God and the Last Day, this is better for you and purer; and God knows while you do not know.
And if you ṭallaqtumūhunna them before having tamassūhunna them, but you have already faraḍtum to the farīḍatan; then you must give half of what you have faraḍtum, unless they yaʿfūna or the guardian over the marriage contract yaʿfuwā. And if you taʿfū, it is closer to righteousness. And do not forget the favour between you; God is Seer over what you do.
And wa-ib'talūthe l-yatāmā until they reach the l-nikāḥa, then if you ānastum in them rush'dan, then fa-id'faʿū them their amwālahum, and do not takulūhā it wastefully or quickly before they grow up. And whoever is rich, then let him not claim anything, and if he is poor then let him consume only in goodness. If you give to them their amwālahum, then make a witness for them, and God is enough for Reckoning.
And whoever of you cannot afford to marry the believing independent women, then from the still dependant believing young women. God is more aware of your faith, some of you to each other. You shall marry them with the permission of their parents and give them their wage in kindness; to be protected, not for illicit sex or taking lovers. If they become protected, then any of them who comes with lewdness shall have half the punishment of what is for the independent women of the retribution. This is for those who fear hardship from among you. But if you are patient it is better for you, and God is Forgiver, Merciful.
4:127They ask you for divine instruction concerning l-nisāi. Say, "God instructs you regarding them, as has been recited for you in the book fīyatāmāl-nisāi to whom you do not give what is ordained for them and you desire to tankiḥūhunna them and the wal-mus'taḍʿafīna of the l-wil'dāni and to stand for lil'yatāmā with justice. Whatever good you do, God has full knowledge of it.40Whatever good you do, God has full knowledge of it.40
And wa-ankiḥū those among you that are l-ayāmā, and the good from among your male and female servants. If they are poor, then God will grant them from His grace. And God is Encompassing, Knowledgeable.
24:60wal-qawāʿidu amongst l-nisāiwho do not yarjūnanikāḥan have no sin upon them if they put-off their garments, provided they do not display their attraction. If they remain as they were, then it is better for them. God is Hearer, Knower.
He said: "I wish you to unkiḥaka one of my two daughters, on condition that you work for me through eight ḥijajin; if you complete them to ten, it will be voluntary on your part. I do not wish to make this matter too difficult for you. You will find me, God willing, of the righteous."
O you who believe, if you nakaḥtumu the believing women, then ṭallaqtumūhunna them before tamassūhunna with them, then there is no interi/waiting period required of them. You shall compensate them, and let them go in an amicable manner.
33:50O prophet, We have made lawful for you the azwājaka to whom you have already given their dowry, and wamā malakatyamīnuka, as granted to you by God, and the daughters of your father's brothers, and the daughters of your father's sisters, and the daughters of your mother's brothers, and the daughters of your mother's sisters, of whom they have emigrated with you. Also, the acknowledging wa-im'ra-atan who had decreed herself to the prophet, the prophet may yastankiḥahā her if he wishes, as a privilege given only to you and not to those who acknowledge. We have already decreed their rights in regard to their azwājihim and wamā malakataymānuhum. This is to spare you any hardship. God is Forgiver, Compassionate.
33:53 O you who acknowledge, do not enter the prophet's homes except if you are invited to a meal, without you forcing such an invitation. But if you are invited, you may enter. When you finish eating, you shall leave, without mus'tanisīnaliḥadīthin. This used to yu'dhī the prophet, and he was fayastaḥyīof you. But God does not yastaḥyī from the l-ḥaqi. If you ask them (f) for something, ask them from behind a ḥijābin. This is purer for your hearts and their hearts. It is not for you to harm God's messenger, nor you should tankiḥū his azwājahu after him. This is a gross offence with God.10
O you who believe, if the believing women come emigrating to you, then you shall test them. God is fully aware of their belief. Thus, if you establish that they are believers, then you shall not return them to the disbelievers. They are no longer lawful for them, nor are the disbelievers lawful for them. And return the dowries that were paid. And there is no sin upon you to tankiḥūhunna them, if you have paid their dowries to them. And do not tum'sikūbiʿiṣamil-kawāfiri, and ask back what dowries you paid. And let them ask back what dowries they had paid. Such is God's judgement; He judges between you. God is Knowledgeable, Wise.
